Meet Our Team

Tiara Harris

Tiara is a Chicago-based physical therapist and personal trainer dedicated to helping women achieve lasting health, strength, and confidence. She provides premier, comprehensive wellness and fitness services designed to empower women to feel and perform at their best.

Her passion for health equity began during her undergraduate years, where she studied the impact of minority health disparities. That experience shaped her mission: to create a space exclusively for women that prioritizes both physical and mental well-being.

Tiara’s approach goes beyond aesthetics or injury recovery. She challenges her clients to focus on overall health and strength while still pursuing their personal body goals. By blending science-based training with individualized care, she ensures every woman feels supported, capable, and inspired.

Committed to changing the trajectory of Black and minority health, Tiara also works to educate BIPOC communities on prevention and wellness. Her goal is to reduce the generational impact of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity through empowerment, education, and sustainable lifestyle change.
