After the consultation, if I choose not to move forward, will my consultation fee be refunded?
No. The consultation fee is $50 and covers a 60-minute virtual consultation where we discuss your health history, goals, lifestyle, and training needs. This time also allows your trainer to begin developing a personalized training plan tailored to you.
Because these services are provided during and immediately following the consultation, the fee is non-refundable. However, if you decide to move forward with training, your $50 consultation fee will be credited toward the training package of your choice.

What’s your take on GLP-1 medications? Have you had clients who have used them successfully?
I’m not inherently for or against GLP-1 medications. Like any medical intervention, I believe they have an appropriate place when used under the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider and in the right circumstances.
Yes, I’ve worked with clients who have used GLP-1 medications successfully. However, I don’t view them as a replacement for building sustainable habits. Long-term success still depends on strength training, proper nutrition, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, and lifestyle changes.
Before pursuing a GLP-1, I encourage clients to first make a genuine commitment to their health and fitness journey and to understand what consistent lifestyle changes can accomplish. If they are considering medication, I also encourage them to do their own research, discuss the potential benefits and side effects with their healthcare provider, and make an informed decision that aligns with their individual health needs and goals.

Do you meal prep?
No, I don’t offer meal prep services. While I am a Certified Nutrition Coach, I stay within my scope of practice by providing guidance on macronutrients, nutrition habits, meal planning strategies, and healthy recipe ideas.
My goal is to help you build a sustainable approach to nutrition by teaching you how to make informed food choices that support your health and fitness goals—not by preparing meals for you.
