Small Group Training

The WELL Collective is an immersive small group training experience designed to build strength, consistency, and community through intentional movement and wellness.

Classes are offered weekly with flexible evening options:

Training Schedule:

  • Tuesday and Thursday

  • 5:30 PM - 6:20 PM

  • 6:30 PM - 7:20 PM

Class Details

Class Size:

  • Limited to 3-6 women per class to ensure personalized attention and support when needed.

  • 8 small group training classes per month.

  • Guided warm-up and structured full-body training in every class.

  • A balanced combination of strength training, HIIT, LIIT, and cardio.

  • 5-10 minute assisted recovery stretch after each session.

The WELL Collective Membership is a monthly subscription that includes 8 small group training sessions each month, with the opportunity to train twice per week. Designed for women seeking consistency without the cost of one-on-one training, this membership provides expert coaching in a supportive, motivating environment. Each session is intentionally structured to help you build strength, improve your fitness, and stay accountable to your goals. Small Group Training Drop-In is perfect for women who want the flexibility to train without a monthly commitment.
