Home Exercise Program (HEP)
WELL Restorative Care is a corrective exercise service designed to improve movement deficits identified through a comprehensive assessment. Programs are organized by the primary body region while addressing the interconnected joints and muscles that influence movement and function. Serving as the bridge between recovery and performance, each program is individualized to restore efficient movement and build a foundation for long-term strength.
Core Restore: Deep core activation, pelvic stability, breathing mechanics, postnatal restoration, and diastasis recti-informed exercise.
Spine Restore: Lumbar stability, core endurance, hip mobility, and movement retraining.
Hip Restore: Hip and groin mobility, glute activation, pelvic stability, and gait mechanics.
Knee Restore: Knee stability, lower extremity alignment, strength, and movement mechanics.
Lower Leg Restore: Calf flexibility, ankle mobility, foot stability, balance, and gait.
Neck & Shoulder Restore: Postural alignment, cervical/thoracic mobility, scapular stability, and shoulder mechanics.
